What to attach

• Job Pack zip from Desk → Save → Save Job Pack. Name looks like JOB_20260921.zip. Holds job.json, logs, overlay, PDFs and traces.
• Desk version from Help / About. Testers are on 3.0.0.
• Machine ID from Help → Copy machine ID.

Optional: screenshot pack from the job window.

This page opens your mail app to [email protected]. Attach the Job Pack zip in that window before you send. We do not pull jobs off your PC.
